About – Traning Superstars
In 2018, my broker of record gave me the idea to teach other real estate agents. I was shy and little scared to speak in front of so many people. I convinced myself to do it anyways! It was 11 a.m. on my first day of training and no one showed up. I felt a little relieved because I’d been feeling uncomfortable. Around 11:10 a.m., the first student showed up, and soon more Realtors followed and filled the training room. To my surprise, everyone loved the training! This training led to another, and before I knew it, four weeks had passed. After my fourth training session, I told the broker of record that I was leaving his brokerage. He asked me why and what can he do to convince me to stay. I told him how much his kindness and support meant to me, but I must leave because the Bob Sengar who started training a month ago no longer exists.
I studied and prepared for six hours before each training lesson, and I did this for four weeks. Because of this, I felt like a totally different person, and I wanted more challenges in my life. Many of my Realtor students wondered if I was going to open my own brokerage or go to a nicer one.

Brokerage coaching yields to excellent results. Every salesperson is at a different level, and this training gets to the heart of the matter and ignites the desire to maximize actions to boost sales volume.
Trial Session
Trial coaching class offered to new brokerages. You are under no obligation to continue training after our first session if you do not find any value in it.
Monthly Coaching Classes
Provided a year’s worth of training by scheduling one session per month. Finest price/value among brokers. These training sessions can also be used to recruit new salespeople to join your team.
Personal Coaching Sessions
The human brain is like a strainer; you need to continually push good ideas in there or else you’ll forget them. Therefore, the sessions are planned twice a week.
